• All tickets are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
• The event goes ahead in all weather conditions. Please dress appropriately with wellies, rain gear, and warm clothing.
• Severe Weather Exception: The only circumstance under which the event will be cancelled is if a Met Éireann Red Weather Warning is issued for our area. In this case, we will contact all ticket holders with details of rescheduling or refunds.
• No Toilets on Site: Please note there are no toilet facilities available at the farm.
• Ticket Requirement: All visitors must present a valid ticket on arrival. Entry will not be permitted without a ticket.
• Visit Duration: The experience typically lasts around 1 hour, which is enough time for most families to enjoy the activities.
• Transfer of Tickets: If you are unable to attend, you may pass your ticket on to a friend or family member.
• Late Arrivals: Please arrive at your booked time slot. Late arrivals may not be accommodated if slots are full.
